Pauline Brown currently is the Chairman of the North American arm of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, where she provides regional leadership for about 70 brands in 5 sectors, including fashion & leather goods, perfumes & cosmetics, watches & jewelry, wines & spirits, and selective retailing.

Earlier in her career, Pauline was a Managing Director at the private equity firm, The Carlyle Group, where she specialized in global buyouts in the consumer and retail sectors. Prior to joining Carlyle, Pauline was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Global Business Development at Avon Products, responsible for developing the company's growth strategy and driving key components of a major restructuring plan. She joined Avon from The Estee Lauder Companies, where she served as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and New Business Development and led all mergers, acquisitions and licensing activities. During her tenure, Pauline helped to expand Estee Lauder's portfolio from 8 to 25 distinct beauty brands. Pauline began her business career as a Management Consultant at Bain & Company, advising senior management of leading companies on ways to grow their top- and bottom-lines, build long-term competitive advantages and enhance their strategic positions.

Since 2008, Pauline has been a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute, a program that seeks to develop the next generation of community-spirited leaders. In 2013, she joined the Board of Overseers of the Henry Crown Fellowship Program. She also is serves on the Boards of Directors of the National Retail Federation and Parsons School of Design.

Pauline earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School and B.A. from Dartmouth College and sits on the alumni boards of both institutions.
