Omar Namoos is the Founder and Managing Partner of Greystone Advisory Group, a provider of financial advisory and investment banking services to corporate and financial investors globally. He advises on a wide range of strategic financial and M&A situations, including acquisitions and divestitures of companies or non-core corporate assets, capital structure optimization, acquisition finance, balance sheet restructuring, minority investments, private capital raises and many others. He works closely with corporate clients, small private companies and private financial investors from around the world. Mr. Namoos has particular expertise in cross-border transactions and has deep relationships and transaction experience in the Industrials sector.
A former officer in the United States Air Force, Mr. Namoos is a highly-regarded thought leader in the Aerospace & Defense industry.
