Noureddine Hajji is the Managing Partner of Ernst & Young Tunisia, a leading professional services practice with over 130 people. In 1987, he founded the audit and advisory firm that later became Ernst & Young Tunisia in 1994. During his twenty-year-experience, Mr. Hajji has had significant audit and business advisory engagements in banking, financial services and investment companies. He has served in significant buy-side and sell-side transactions on behalf of the largest and fastest growing international companies and private equity houses as well as for government authorities in the context of privatizations. In recent years, he has been involved in advisory services to and many studies for government parties, including studies on Foreign Direct Investment attractiveness and the National Industrial Strategy 2016. Mr. Hajji is a member of the Tunisian American Chamber of Commerce (TACC). He is married and has two children.
