Marwan Azzi is a partner in White & Case’s mergers and acquisitions group, based in New York. Marwan focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. His experience includes representing US and international corporate clients and investment funds in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures and strategic alliances. Marwan also has extensive experience in energy and infrastructure M&A and private equity investments. Mr. Azzi worked in Saudi Arabia, Dubai and London prior to relocating to New York.
In 2018, he was named a “Rising Star for M&A and Private Equity” by Euromoney’s Expert Guide and was also a winner of The M&A Advisor “Emerging Leaders Award.”
