Hui Shan is a member of the Commodities Research team. Hui joined Goldman Sachs in 2011, previously working in the Global Markets team and focusing on the US housing and mortgage markets. Prior to joining the firm, Hui worked as an economist at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. Hui earned a PhD in Economics from MIT and a BS in Economics and Biophysics from the University of Michigan.
