H. Faraz Naqvi, M.D. joined Pequot Capital Management in 2001. Previously, Mr. Naqvi was the Sector Portfolio Manager for Healthcare/Biotechnology at Dresdner RCM Global Investors. Prior to that, Mr. Naqvi was a Senior Analyst covering pharmaceutical and biotech companies at Nations Banc Montgomery Securities. Before this, Mr. Naqvi was a Senior Associate in Investment Banking at Robertson Stephens & Co. and Senior Associate at McKinsey and Company. Mr. Naqvi graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Colorado College with a B.A. in Chemistry and Economics and received his M.D. from Harvard Medical School and the Harvard-Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Division of Health Sciences and Technology.
