Benedetti chairs both the Executive Committee and Operations Committee, guiding the strategic direction and operational excellence of the firm. Mark also runs the Secondaries & Primaries fund alongside Vladimir Colas, playing a crucial role in overseeing Ardian’s largest investment strategy and portfolio management.

Before joining Ardian in 2006, Mark Benedetti developed his skills and knowledge at KPMG Corporate Finance. There, he specialized in mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising within the firm’s Advisor group, contributing to significant financial transactions and strategic advisory services. Prior to this position, his tenure in corporate finance, Mark was part of KPMG’s Assurance group, where he developed a strong foundation in auditing and financial assurance.

The conversation will be moderated by Sherif Lotfi, member of ABANA’s Board of Directors and Head of Corporate Finance Advisory & Solutions at Mizuho Securities USA.
