First Private Investment Banking License Granted by Minister of Finance in Algeria

ABANA’s long time member, former board member and vice president (1997-2002), Lamine Djilani wishes to inform his fellow members that he and a group of US investors were granted a license to conduct an investment banking business in Algeria.

This is the first private investment banking license granted to private investors by the Minister of Finance of Algeria.

Lamine Djilani is a shareholder of the bank, and has been appointed Chairman of the new entity called Algeria Capital Invest, Spa.
