Sharjeel advises leading global financial institutions and asset managers on acquisitions, post-merger integration, Fintech and Analytics. Sharjeel also counsels the executive teams, CEOs, and boards of a number of early stage companies on product strategy & development, capital structure, and the journey from negative to positive EBITDA. His clients include Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, HSBC, and a number of large hedge funds, and private equity funds.
