Mohammed Grimeh is Deputy Global head Fixed Income at Millennium Partners, a $34 billion global multi-strategy hedge fund. Prior to Millennium, Mohammed was head of Global Markets for the Americas at Standard Chartered, where he ran sales and trading across fixed income markets for 7 years. Prior to that, he was with Lehman Brothers for ten years in a variety of roles, including global head of Emerging Markets Fixed Income and Equities.
Mohammed started his career at Societe Generale in Paris trading commodity derivatives. He is a graduate in Applied Mathematics from Ecoel centrale of Paris.
Mohammed is a member of the FED foreign exchange committee and a board member of AMIDEAST and ABANA. He was previously a board member at the Global Financial Market Association ( GFMA) and board member at EMTA ( Trade Association of Emerging Markets)
