Michael A. Rosenthal is Co-Chair of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP’s Business Restructuring and Reorganization Practice Group that was recognized as a “Practice Group of the Year” in 2013 by Law360. Mr. Rosenthal has extensive experience in reorganizing distressed businesses and related corporate reorganization and debt restructuring matters, including representation of acquirers of distressed assets and businesses. He was the lead lawyer in the chapter 11 restructurings of Arcapita Bank B.S.C.(c) and Almatis B.V. He has been recognized as a leader in his field by various industry publications and is known for his ability to build consensus and bring practical results to complicated business situations.
