Andrew Reilly is a Managing Director of Accretive Exit Capital Partners, LLC, a middle market private equity firm with $125 million under management with offices in Boston, New York and West Palm Beach. Prior to Accretive, Andrew co-founded and managed Thomas Keenan Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm based in Westport, CT. Early in his career, as an entrepreneur, Mr. Reilly was the co-founder of two high-tech businesses and successfully sold both to publicly traded companies. Andrew is also a current board member of the Rhode Island State Investment Commission (SIC), which has investment oversight of the Employees Retirement System of Rhode Island ($7.5 billion in assets) pension fund. Mr. Reilly acts as the Chairman of the Alternative Investments Sub-Committee of the SIC. He also sits on The Rhode Island Tobacco Finance Corporation Board, The Board of Trustees of the Preservation Society of Newport County and the Dean Council at University of Rhode Islands’ Graduate School of Oceanography.
