Job Description

This will be a 2-week program primarily with the Co-Investment group and will also interact with other
teams including Secondaries and Investor Relations. Lexington Partners is looking for an Intern to join
for the Summer of 2024.


  • Evaluating leveraged buyout transactions across multiple industries
  • Building and modifying financial models to project valuations and expected returns
  • Compiling and analyzing industry and company research
  • Collaborate on a summer project compiling an investment memo on a potential investment


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical / valuation skills
  • Ability to work well in teams and independently
  • Strong work ethic and proactive, positive attitude in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm for
    expanding knowledge
